 Nasal Saline Rinse Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader . I have a very small "pearly white" growth that has appeared the past few month on my nose. My sister-in-law had one like it that was cancerous and insists that I need to see a dermatologist. I can't located one through NEA Clinic listings and was wondering who I should see about having it checked out....answer In 1974, I broke my nose playing basketball. I ended up having two rhinoplasty operations within 2 years. Since then, I have had minor problems with nasal congestion. Lately it is much worse. Also I've noticed that between my eyes along the top of my nose, there is a permanent area where it appears to be puffy. I usually sleep with HOB elevated to breath easier, and I was dx with sleep apnea a few years ago. Can all this be related, and is there anything short of surgery that can be done. No matter how little I speak I can't get the hoarseness to go away. I am 32 years old. I am not a smoker now but have smoked before.
