i am a 20 year old college student and is very active, i am a cheerleader and very active in sports. i have been running for 5 years now and now i run about an hour to two everyday and i am wanting to lose 10 pounds( i now weight 120) and i am not able to, i have tried the pills and doing exercise classes and i have a pretty strict diet of chicken and veggies. i am not losing any weight and i have been trying for 5 months now i do not understand what is going on and what are somethings i can do so help with the weight loss?...answer
I have a question concerning weight training. I body build, and have lately been encountering muscle pain in the back tricep area of both arms. It seems to be in the deeper part of the muscle, and any movements that require this
muscle(either in pushing or ballancing) causes pain and throbbing. I have tried taking time off and using less weight, but it seems to be persistant. They don't bother me in everyday routiens, just in the gym. Please help, as I am having to alter my sched. to accomadate....answer
