I had a novasure done 2 1/2 yeaers ago and now having bv infections with a fol odor and some very light spotting. As well my only ovary is hurting as well could i be trying to have my memstrals again or what could it be?...answer Can I get an epidural without getting my cervix checked? Can I have a successful birthing experience without getting my cervix checked? Can I be induced properly without having my cervix checked?...answer For the last 8 weeks or so me and my son have had a runny nose, swollen and sore glands and sore throat. Every other week or so it progresses to include coughing and low grade fever. After 48 hours the fever and coughing clear up but we are left with the sore throat and runny nose. Over the counter medicine help but my concern is that we both keep getting the same symptoms over and over. We can't seem to complete rid our bodies of this virus. What could we possibly have? ...answer I am 35 years old and just had a procedure called a Novasure or EA. I have a small cyst on my ovaries, have gained over 50 pounds in the past two years. I have been diagnoised with PMDD. The reason I am emailing you is I think my hormones are not balanced. I have night sweats, have trouble losing weight,and painful breast after ovulation, and retain water very easily. I have a family history of thyroid problems. I have had my thryoid levels checked by Dr. Murrey at NEA clinic he said they were fine. My obgyn Dr. Fields just tells me it is my PMDD. I have been taking a Natural Progesterone Cream called Progest for about 4 months. It has helped a lot and that is why I am wondering if my hormone levels are off balance because it is helping. I don't even know if the cream is good or bad for you or doesn't even work. I just know I am feeling better each month. My question is whether you can test my hormone levels and what do you think about the natural progesterone creams? Crawford...answer I think my iron is too high. I feel horrible. No energy--when I move around, I get dizzy and can't breathe. I cannot eat or drink anything, and am EXTREMELY nauseated. I have been having hot flashes followed by chills. My stools are very black and my burps smell and taste like metal. I am 33 weeks pregnant. Please help....answer Here recently, I have been having a resting heart rate over 110. This has been going on for more than a week. I have had stress tests, ekgs, and all have been normal. Is this something I should be concerned about>...answer Should a person take Triamterene-HCTZ and Klor-Con at the same time especially if the person has had kidney stones in the past?...answer I have a 5 month old little girl and if I hold her, her legs and feet turn blue/purple, if I lay her on her tummy, her legs/feet turn colors too. I can't even hold her up with her feet touching the floor because the color starts to change. I, myself, thinks she has a problem with poor circulation. I took her to her dr and the doc only says she is cold natured. I want to get a second opinion because I as a mother senses something just isn't right and I really want to get a second opinion. What could possibly be the problem? I am afraid it will cause her to have problems walking when it is time. ...answer For Dr.Chan: I was diagnosed with migraines at the age of 25. I came back to your office a couple of years ago for seizure like episodes, blurred vision and crawling skin. I was scheduled an appointment with the Ophthalmologist in which the exam showed no problems with the eye ball. Since this, I've been having new symptoms. My feet have started tingling like they're trying to go to sleep and my hands do too, I've had a couple of instances where it feels like some on stabbing me with a sharp object, both times on fingers. I've been experiencing vertigo at night in the dark, my eyes ache sometimes, my legs are tender to touch most days, still have almost daily headaches, sometimes it feels like somebody is pouring hot water on my legs or feet, my ears have starting ringing from time to time, I sometimes feel lost in familiar areas (hard to explain), still seeing double at night and there are probably some other things that I've noticed but can't put my finger on right now. I was just wondering if these symptoms are something to get checked out, or if they are common with migraines. She needs to have a hysterectomy but has only (Arkansas) MC+ for women which only pays for a yearly exam. She was told that without coming up with $3000.00 the doctor could not proform the much needed surgery. The doctor was in Kennett,MO. Is there a place in Jonesboro that she could go and get help? She has went to the DFS andthey told here that they could not help her. I am sorry, but I find this rediculous. Here she is, has been bleeding for 2 months straight, is in terriable pain and no one can do anything because she does not have the way of getting the$3000.00 up front.
