Dear Dr. Jones,
My name is Casey Reyes and I am 23 years old. I am about 370 pounds and I am desperate to have this weight loss surgery. I was hoping you could help me get some information on government funding of some sort, or even a payment plan because I have no medical insurance. I have been on countless diets and even tried phen-phen but the weight comes back. Now I have started to have chest pains and other medical problems. I work at a bank here in Pocahontas and a customer and I were talking about the amount of weight she had lost. She had this surgery and because of her health she had help paying.
