I have arthritis of the spine with chronic pain. I am trying to find a doctor who takes payments based on income. I am not employed and husband is disabled. My medical doctor gives me pain medication but does not help. My pain is constant and never goes away , just varying degrees....answer

I don't really know who this needs to be directed to but here is it. I am 31-yrs. old and have pain all over the body. I had been told that I have Osteoarthritis and Neuropathy but the medicines for it just doesn't help with the pain. It seems like the only thing that will help with the pain is heating pads, massage and being in a swimming pool. It is very hard to do anything for the pain. The pain gets to be so bad at times that I get sick to my stomach, can't eat and it even affects my sleep. It's my mom. She is having pain on both shoulders and this disturbs her sleep now. She practically wakes up because of the pain. She was taking Myonal and Celebrex (for her arthritis) and we have been applying heat on her shoulders because it relieves her temporarily. We suspect that she might have fibromyalga. I have this horrible pain in my right side. It feels like a muscle spasm at times. I have had x-rays and cat scans done but nothing has ever showed up. This has lasted about 5 months now. I know that when I get out playing with my kids it will start hurting. A day at work makes it hurt. Sometimes sitting at my kitchen table makes it hurt. I have cronic pain and burning in my elbows and chronic pain in my legs. I also have trouble sleeping. I went through a very hard time this summer with my son and even though things are better with him, I am not the same. I take AmbienCR to sleep (I have never had sleeping problems)and Lexapro (I have been on since summer) which helps but I have horrible headaches and Just dont feel good!
