I have been experiencing a headache in my right temple. It feels as if I have numbing from my temple down to my jaw line. My right eye seems to be pulling when I have this pain. I thought it was a migraine coming on, however it has lasted on and off for two weeks. Could stress cause this sensation? Thank you. ...answer i have no insurance and the left side of my face is numb. it went numb yesterday afternoon and is worse today. what should i do?...answer My husband is having chronic symptoms of jaw pain, headaches,tighness and when he turns his head quickly to the right almost blacks out. He did seek treatment with a physician who wanted to refer him to a neurologist after that physician did an ultrasound of his neck which was normal.Our deductible is very high and we were told an MRI is about 2000.00. Is there anyone at your facility that could enlighten us on MRI's who could tell us if there are different types of MRI's that would be less costly. ...answer my right thumb stays numb. sometime the numbness go to the index finger. alot of tingling and sometimes a burning feeling. could this be a pinched nerve? What doctor should I visit?...answer I have tingling in both arms and neck pain. This occurs mostly at night and is causing me to need to get up and sleep in a chair because it becomes too painful to find a position where I can sleep comfortably. It has gotten to the point I cannot even get to sleep sitting up. My General Practitioner says it is most likely caused by authritis, but has not been able to help with medications. He has prescribed Neproxin, but it does not help. Should I see a Neurologist?...answer what would cause my hands to tremble as i use them, example-eating,drinking,holding my hand out straight. as soon as i relax my hand it will stop trembling. also most of the time my insides feel like they are trembling.my doctor prescribed proponalol i take 1 every morning for my blood pressure anyway.it really doesn't help the trembling.he also give me antidepresants, no luck.they did make me feel better.this has been going on for maybe 4 years....answer I have Fibromyalgia and neuropothy and I am starting to shake a lot an am losing the use of my hands because of weakness I think my condition is getting worse and I don't know if I should see my Rhuemotologist or my Neurologist. My legs and back are also getting to hurt more and it feels more like muscle than nervers. Not sure what it is. Can you recommend who I should see. For the past year I have been having pain that radiates down my legs that eased with rest occasionally. The past few months it has been constant and now it does not ease like it did. Three months ago, I begin having severe neck pain going up the back of my head. They seem to start on the right & left side of the base of my head and then terrible pain in my neck & head. It continued as a everyday thing and now has worsen to mainly the left side of my body going across my shoulder, down my arm, into my lower back, my left jaw and tingling in the left part of my lip. Today the pain has started in the right side of my neck and having some tingling and shooting pains now in my wrist & hand of right side. The doctor treated it as muscle spasms first, then decided it was a pinched nerve. CT showed narrowing of C5,C6, & C7 disk and I think some spures on the disk. Not completely sure about the results. Anti-inflamatory, muscle relaxers and pain medicine was given. This is getting no better. I'm concern about a possibly growth or tumor in the head. My head has a burning sensation to it also, always just in one spot in the back of my head. What does it look like I'm dealing with and do I need to see a doctor ASAP before it causes a stroke or something worse.
